Media Personality and Celebrity Stylist Derek Warburton is nothing short of a modern day dandy. Though he's known for highlighting moments in fashion for various media outlets to styling Hollywood celebs for fashion publications, his vivacious attitude is what's really to admire. 

WHY WE LOVE DEREK?

Derek has an aura all his own, from his witty commentary and his eclectic fashion sense to his heart of gold. Derek has established himself in the fashion industry as a lifestyle guru with a knack for giving back and inspiring the masses. His transparency is refreshing, philanthropic endeavors genuine and his on point style sense to be coveted. 

We've admired him far beyond his said title in the industry, and loved having the opportunity to sit down and hear about his take on the Dharma mission, as well as share his own. 

Dharma: What is your Dharma, "responsibility or duty"?

Derek: My duty is to be creative, and to provide a better world through example & through my community service. Dharma for me means creating & expressing my own divinity. 

Dharma: Favorite Quote?

Derek: "My dreams are realities that have not happened yet." - Derek Warburton 

Dharma: Are you a yoga fan?

Derek: I love yoga. I just don't do as much as I would like.

Dharma: What pose or practice evokes your most tranquil self?

Derek: Usually, child's pose because after 15 minutes I'm so sore I can't do anymore!  LOL

Dharma: Do you feel called to support brands and products that help the less fortunate?

Derek: For years I have asked brands to support the homeless & many have turned me down. When I know my support of a brand helps others I feel fantastic about it & will always be loyal.

Dharma: How do you feel about our mission?

Derek: I have worked with Dharma & the mission is real! A great product that supports families vision care globally fantastic! 

Dharma: How do you feel conscious commerce is changing the fashion industry and buying behavior? 

Derek: We are inundated with product on a daily basis. Anything with a clear message that has a soul will break through the noise of everything else.

Dharma: What is your most favorite thing about eyewear as an accessory or necessity (sunglasses and/or glasses)?

Derek: I wear my sunglasses at night... Nough said.

Dharma: Which pair of Dharma sunglasses do you covet most?

Derek: ORACLE I love this style, the frame color blocking gives it a special aesthetic.
