We're all looking forward to stuffing ourselves this holiday season; mashed potatoes, stuffing, pumpkin pie, etc. Not to mention we get to enjoy a relaxing day off in the company of close friends and family. But we can't forget what Thanksgiving is really about - appreciating what we are given and being thankful for those around us.
