Getting a pair of shades from Dharma Co is a whole experience. It reminds me of this chocolate candy I'd get as a wee lad. Maybe not an example everyone can relate to, but I'm talking about Kinder Surprise Eggs. At first sight the candy already captures your attention with its unconventional shape... Then you take a bite out of the "egg shell" and it just hits you with this rich buttery chocolate flavor like no other... Finally, you get to the good part - the plastic egg within the chocolate egg, the capsule that holds your most valuable treasure only you have the right to - a really well made toy that's yours to keep and show off to other jealous kids.
Well, that's how getting a pair of Dharma Co's sunglasses feels to me. From beginning to finish, the attention to detail simply blew me away. The shade itself is beautifully built. I'm talking specifically about their see through acetate frames. Elegant but sturdy, just like this "Simma: Ocean Demi" ones you're looking at. The polarized lenses are superb too... It made me realize there are differences in how well they can be made. I compared it to the lens of my Ray-Ban and the popular name brand pales in comparison! The color is richer, everything looks even more high definition... This is something you'll just have to see for yourself. The case included was also nothing short of attention to details... Sure, the material is made of recycled paper, but that says nothing about how high-quality it feels in your hand. Collapsing the case is fun like trying to figure out a Rubik's cube, I'll let you play with that one out yourself! They even went the extra mile and included a designed lens cloth in the case! I seriously thought it was a pocket square for a suit it was so nice!
All in all, the product Dharma Co sells screams nothing but quality. At its price point it simply cannot be beat. You'll definitely want to come back for more. I know I do! I now am seriously considering starting a collection of sunglasses consists of only their products. Oh, did I mention their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced too? Do yourself a favor, give them a shot, treat yourself. You won't regret it!
